Office Hours and Emergencies

Our main office is open between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday-Friday and we aim to answer all emails within 24 hours. In the event of an emergency outside of these times, you can contact us on our Emergency Number, which we will give to you on your first day.

If you are asked to leave a message, please leave your name, your phone number and email address and details of the problem, speaking slowly and clearly. Please repeat your name and phone number twice to avoid misunderstandings.
