BUSINESS ENGLISH

What will you learn?

​

Don't let the English language barrier reduce your career prospects! 

The CSL Business English course covers general topics which are useful to any business environment. You will learn and practice topics such as: meet & greet, presentations, negotiations, reports and participating in meetings.

You will also have some project based work to enhance the applicability of what you learn.

​

What will you achieve studying at CSL?

  • Develop the business language skills you need to use English for work

  • Build your confidence and speak confidently in a working environment

  • Immerse yourself in the English language and British culture

  • improved confidence of the language in the 4 skills: (speaking, reading, writing and listening) with focus on business vocabulary

​

Course Information: 

​

  • BE 28 - 28 lessons per week (morning and afternoon - full time) 

       28 lessons = 20 lessons of General English and 8 lessons of Business.

       General English (Monday to Friday - mornings) and Business English (Monday to Thursday - afternoons)

  • You will need to demonstrate at least an upper intermediate level of English to join the course.

 

​               Upper Intermediate         Advanced

​

  • Minimum Class Size - 4

  • Maximum Class Size - 12

  • Minimum Age - 16

  • Start any Monday (except for Bank Holidays and during the Christmas break)

  • Minimum of 2 weeks enrolment

  • ON LINE courses take place on the zoom platform

  • ON LINE courses - min 4 / max 12 per class

  • Students are expected to do 1 hour of homework daily

​

Don’t have an upper intermediate level yet?

​

Don't worry!

 

You can join our General English (GE28) course to improve your level. Once you achieve the Upper Intermediate level you can be transferred to the Business English course.

​
