Quality is essential for us, and in order to ensure that we deliver an excellent level of service to all of our students, we continuously review and improve our performance based on students' and staff feedback. We also comply with relevant inspection bodies with the view to provide assurance of quality to international students who are studying or planning to study English language at City School of Languages.

Accreditation is important as this helps us, at CSL, maintain a high level of service to international students in line with Scheme standards and contribute to the high reputation of UK English language teaching

Accreditation UK

Accreditation UK is a quality assurance scheme for providers of English language teaching, and operates as a partnership between the British Council and English UK.

City School of Languages is accredited by Accreditation UK, so you can be assured management, teaching, resources, welfare and accommodation all meet the highest standards. This accreditation allows CSL to enrol and teach international students on short-term study visas.

English UK

English UK is the association for accredited English language providers. 

As a member of this association CSL undertakes to follow English UK's code of conduct and to adhere to its regulations which are designed to ensure excellent standards of teaching and welfare for foreign learners of English in the UK.
